Velocity is excited to offer enhanced hotel credits for qualifying VIP Studio Owners. This information can be found on your studio profile page of your registration account.

All registrations, additions, and payments must be completed by the published registration deadline to qualify.

The credit value will be calculated using the contracted group room rate offered during the applicable Velocity event dates and applied to Velocity's master bill.

Your hotel reservation must be secured separately. The VIP Hotel Credit is a billing credit only and does not create, confirm, or modify a reservation.

Hotel availability, booking deadlines, room types, and cancellation policies are subject to the terms established by the event hotel. We encourage you to book early to take advantage of Velocity's group rate.
