A: We suggest departing on July 7th. We anticipate the Gala coming to a close around 11:00 - 11:30pm on July 6th.

A: Velocity cannot refund any tickets. There will be a Gala Ticket Exchange List at the Registration booth the whole week of Season Finale. If you would like to sell a Gala ticket you many put your information down for other attendees to contact you personally. Velocity will not be responsible in exchanging/selling a ticket.

A: Yes, You will need to purchase a gala ticket for your MVA dancer to enjoy the dinning experience at the gala. If an MVA dancer does not have a ticket to the gala they will NOT be allowed to watch the gala Performances. They will enter, perform, and exit the ballroom back to their dressing room.

A: Yes, all attendees will have the time to eat, and enjoy the Gala dinner prior to the show beginning. An announcement will be made after dinner, when it is time for the dancers to report to the dressing room to prepare for their performance.

A: There is assigned seating at the Gala. These assigned seats are selected by you at time of purchasing online.

A: We specify formal. However, that can be to your own scale of formal. Some ladies wear long gowns and others cocktail dresses. Essentially think nice wedding attire.

A: Unfortunately, we cannot switch seats in the third party companies system or give refunds.. Once you have purchased your seats those are your seats. We will have list going for people who are looking to switch tables, tickets, etc. Velocity will not be responsible in exchanging/selling a ticket.

A: As stated in the instructions, in order to select your seats you need to choose the button “Get Seats” and not enter the quantity of tickets you want to purchase on the first page. Unfortunately, we cannot switch seats in the third party companies system or give refunds. Once you have purchased your seats those are your seats.
