Q: When do you suggest departing Las Vegas after the Gala?
A: We suggest departing on July 10th. We anticipate the Gala coming to a close around 11pm on July 9th.
Q: Should I include the MVA participant’s Gala ticket in my order?
A: Yes, You will need to purchase a gala ticket for your MVA dancer to enjoy the dinning experience at the gala. If an MVA dancer does not have a ticket to the gala they will NOT be allowed to watch the gala Performances. They will enter, perform, and exit the bvallroom back to their dressing room.
Q: Will my MVA participant have time to enjoy their dinner at the Gala?
A: Yes, all attendees will have the time to eat, and enjoy the Gala dinner prior to the show beginning. An announcement will be made after dinner, when it is time for the dancers to report to the dressing room to prepare for their performance.
Q: Is there assigned seating at the Gala? Will our studio be able to sit together?
A: There is assigned seating at the Gala. These assigned seats are selected by you at time of purchasing online.
